WHAT IS THE 3 3 3 RULE FOR ANXIETY?

It is an easy technique to remember and use in the moment, it is available to us the majority of time, and it can be a simply strategy to help us focus and ground when anxiety overwhelms.
Put simply, you name 3 things you can see, name three things you can hear, and move three different body parts.

STRATEGIES TO HANDLING ANXIETY

PAINTING - Drawing, coloring, painting and sculpting can help you tune into and express painful or difficult feelings you have trouble to put into words. Drawing and coloring can be a helpful tool for anyone seeking new ways to manage anxiety symptoms.

JOURNALING- Journaling can be an effective way to mange anxiety and overthinking. writing down your thoughts can help you to clarify them and see them from a different perspective.

MEDITATION- Mindfulness, body scan, and loving-kindness meditation are just a few techniques that are particularly effective for anxiety. The best method will vary from person to person, so consider trying different approaches to see which one resonates with you.

EATING FAVORITE FOODS OR FOODS THAT HELP YOU BEAT ANXIETY-
Extra dark chocolate, avocados, fresh fruit juice, green tea, Chia seeds. Those foods and drinks contains antioxidant, minerals and vitamins that help alleviate anxiety symptoms
